Fairtrade Fortnight Big Event at Calne Library - Cake Competition for Primary & Secondary & Adults
Calne Library - Saturday 2nd March 2019 4.30pm-7.30pm

The Calne Fairtrade Fortnight Big Event this year is going to be at Calne Library which we have hired for our exclusive use.
As part of the programme we are putting on a Fairtrade Cake Competition for three age groups.

We would like pupils and parents to know about this and for some of them to enter if possible.

Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 will be taken to the disco by their class teacher. If your child wants to wear disco clothes, please send these in a clearly labelled bag for them to change into after school. Permission slips and the £3 should be returned to your child’s class teacher in an envelope BEFORE the day of the disco. The children need to be collected at the front of the school and will be released from the front of their classroom.
Key Stage 2 pupils (Years 3 to 6) should come in at 5.15 through the door at the top of the corridor marked ‘Pupil Entrance’. Permission slips and the £3 should be returned to your child’s class teacher in an envelope BEFORE the day of the disco. Children should be collected from the front of their classroom at 6.45. Year 6 children will be collected from the Year 5 classroom.
